Fair’s Fair 2024

Thanks for your interest in contributing to Fair’s Fair as a stallholder.

As always, the Fair’s Fair team will focus on making this event a fun and relaxed space for people to buy great gifts, eat delicious food and listen to excellent music!

Potential stallholders are asked to first apply using the application form below. Stalls will be selected by the Fair’s Fair team which best reflect the ethos and purpose of the event and will be also chosen to offer a range of products and price points to customers within the limited space we have and the neighbourhood in which we live. You will be sent an email regarding your selection as soon as possible.

There are several spaces within the TLC Church building where stalls will be placed. Stallholders can request an indoor, verandah or corner site. However, the Fair’s Fair team reserve the right to make all decisions on stall placement.

Please supply your own table. A limited number of tables are available for hire ($20) subject to availability and must be applied for prior to the event via the application form.

Mains power is also available for some sites and will affect site allocation.

Set up is available on Friday 18th October from 4pm to 7pm. Security arrangements will be in place overnight.

Alternatively, set up begins at 7:00am on the day of the market and must be completed by 9:45am. We require stallholders to remain trading until 3:00 pm.

Applications must be received by August 31, 2024.

Fees:

  • 2m frontage X 1.5m depth: $40

  • 4m frontage X 1.5m depth: $80

  • 2m X 2m corner frontage (i.e. 4m total frontage) X 1.5m depth: $90

  • Table 1.8m X 0.75m: $20 (if required, limited availability, by prior arrangement)
